Our Frequently Asked Questions

1:ORDERS

 

 

Please allow 1-2 weeks for most Custom Orders to be created/designed.

For Special Occasions we recommend ordering your item(s) 4-6 weeks before the occasion and 10-14 weeks before for Wedding Invitations giving you time to receive, compile, address etc, in order to send out 6-8 weeks before the Wedding. Save the Dates should be ordered and sent 6 months to 1 year before your wedding.

If ordering online, after completion time, please allow and include up to 3 weeks for your order to arrive.

 

2:SHIPPING



 

 

In most cases please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive.

If your Special Occasion is less than 4 weeks away we do recommend choosing from the expedited Shipping Options.

3:PAYMENTS

 

 

You must have a valid and working email address to order from PaperMint Studios.

- Most payments are processed by Paypal, however you do not have to have a Paypal account to pay for your order.

- Carlson Craft payments are processed via Paypal, however you will not be asked to make your payment on the website, we will process your payment privately. Please be ready to complete your transaction via Email & Paypal.

- Payments made to our other storefronts are processed by those websites.

4:RETURNS

 

 

 

We are not always able to accept returns however, if you have received an item that is not the correct color, size, type or unlike what you have agreed upon, please contact us so that we can help you resolve the issue.

5:CUSTOM ORDERS

 

 

You must have a valid and working email address to request a Custom Order from PaperMint Studios.

- The Steps to Custom Order Request are as follows: (our general process)

1. We receive your Custom Order Request via email, message or contact form.

2. We contact you via email or text to ask questions and clarify your request.

3. You pay any fees related to designing the item. - Not always applicable.

4. We create/design the item.

5. You then approve the proof we send via email or url link.

6. We make any changes or accept your approval. - If changes were made, step 5 is repeated.

7. We send you a link to the item so that you can place your order or we place the order for you and ship it out.
